Based on Rector Regulation No. 13 of 2024, the Directorate of Media Networks, Community, and Public Communication is one of three directorates operating under the coordination of the Vice Rector IV for Research, Innovation, Collaboration, and Public Communication.

One of the main responsibilities of the Directorate of Media Networks, Community, and Public Communication is managing internal media; therefore, it requires an editorial structure to support daily operations. The following is the breakdown of each Jejak Editorial Team position:
